This sport-concert complex is provided with all that is neccesary for organizing a wide spector of events: concerts, sport events, exhibitions, city holidays, different mass activities.
Transformating tribunes and walls allow to mke out of the arena business halls, wich can place drom 3 000 to 23 000 people. It is a usual practice to use not onlt an arena, but also foyer and an open area in front of the building. Technical opportunities allow to accomplish all event with cultural and entertaining activities.
Lighting, sound equipment, decorations are also can be mounted in this complex. Hall is equipped with 4 indicator boards, sound equipment, cinema equipment with 2 screens of format 33 x 18 m and three standard cinema systems, theatre lighting.
The Complex has its own press-center of international level, 7 cloakrooms, saunas, special rooms and halls for different services.
Bars and restoraunts are also situated in a Complex.
